Make me a voice for the Culture of Life,

        For all tempted to intimate sex outside of marriage;
        For couples tempted to use artificial birth-control;
        For the pre-born endangered by drugs and alcohol;
        For children mortally threatened by abortion;
        For the parents and family elders tempted to give up;
        For infants threatened by violence and abandonment;
        For the youth and teenagers tempted to despair;
        For the rebellious and disturbed tempted to destroy;
        For the skilled and talented tempted to laziness;
        For the teachers and students threatened by godlessness;
        For the scholars and legalists tempted by intellectualism;
        For the doers and shakers tempted by practicalism;
        For the adolescences and activists tempted to recklessness;
        For the handicapped and challenged threatened by exclusion;
        For the men and the women separated by sexuality;
        For the poor and abandoned threatened by loneliness;
        For the hungry and thirsty reduced to consuming trash;
        For the destitute and naked forced to wear rags;
        For the artists and actors tempted to snobbery;
        For the rich and famous threatened by conceit;
        For the political and powerful tempted to domination;
        For the homeowner and worker threatened by inflation;
        For the clergy and religious tempted to arrogance;
        For the laity and commoner tempted to frustration;
        For the churched and un-churched threatened by exclusivity;
        For the single and married tempted by carnal desires;
        For the seller and shopper tempted by consumerism;
        For the immigrant and stranger threatened by rejection;
        For the impulsive and compulsive tempted to addiction;
        For the struggling and addicted threatened by cravings;
        For the victims and violated tempted to revenge;
        For the violators and oppressors tempted to hopelessness;
        For the convicted and incarcerated tempted to depression;
        For the desolate and miserable tempted to suicide;
        For the suffering and terminally ill tempted to end it all;
        For the sick and elderly threatened by euthanasia.

Fill our hearts with Easter joy. Strengthen our weak Faith.
